OULIN SCREW is a experienced Screw and Barrel manufacturer in China, company was established at 2009, we are young and developing group. our screw and barrel can be used in injection molding machine, single screw extruder, counter rotating double screw extruder, co-rotating double screw extruder, Planetary Screw extruder, rubber extruder and etc. OULIN SCREW is located in ZHOUSHAN city, near NINGBO& SHANGHAI city, it is a island city which is famous for it`s deep-water port, the convenient sea transportation allows the shipment timely. ZHOUSHAN is the capital city of screw and barrel in China also, there are complete industrial& supply chains, experienced engineers& workers, take advantage of these, advanced design and production technology can be used in our products. Factory is equipped with all necessary production machines, like CNC turning machines, CNC milling machines, CNC PTA alloy welding machines, grinding machines, drilling machines and others; rolled nitrating alloy steel will be used in production, after 144 hours` nitriding, the finished products will have good torque, abrasive and corrosive resistance; according to different working requirement, different quality grade can be chosen, from nitriding quality to top bimetallic quality.
